2. Any item may be returned within 14 days if not as described, provided it is in the same condition as sent.

3. Standard postage charges are given to facilitate card payment, but I reserve the right to ask for additional postage charges for heavy items or courier service.

4. No information will be divulged to third parties, unless legally obliged to do so.
