The Winter Olympic Games were held at Cortina d’Ampezzo in Italy from 26th January to 5th February 1956. Hayes Jenkins won the men’s figure skating gold medal, Robertson the silver & David Jenkins the bronze. Albright won women’s gold and Heiss the silver.
